Designed to withstand the punishment of heavy use, our  advanced carbon fiber composite floorboards are manufactured using Autoclave technology producing a high quality product built to last.

Trinity Aviation Services is in the process of STC certification for our innovative advanced carbon fiber floorboard for the Bell Medium aircraft. The floorboard system will be available for the Bell 412, 212, 205 UH-N and UH-1H platforms and are a direct replacement for the current OEM floorboards. 

The advanced carbon fiber floorboards have been designed with the same fit, form and function, of the original OEM floorboards. The individual panels have been manufactured with our proprietary in house processes to have the identical “rigidized” look and feel of the original panels. This allows replacement of single panels, which maintains the same physical appearance, while maintaining floor continuity.

We estimate we will have STC certification for the the floorboard system in late 2017. Please check this website or contact us for an update on our release date.
